                Video Interviews

                You can now send out your resume with VideoAsk. An interactive and innovative way of making sure you stand out.

                The initial screening

                After shortlisting a resume or your VideoAsk our recruiter reach out to you for an initial screening round

                The Zoom Call Interview

                If we think you got the spark. We schedule your interview right away with our, “Talent Acquisition Manager”.

                Video Introduction:

                The third and final step of our recruitment process involves you making a 1 min long introductory video. Where you talk about yourself and your experiences in a very candid manner.

                Offer Placement

                As soon as we get approval on your video resume, we move towards offer placement, where our hr representative calls you to place a verbal offer and if everything goes right, you get an official letter.

                Pre-Onboarding Session

                This session is conducted with you to prepare you for your first day and make sure your first day at work goes smoothly.

                Orientation Session

                A brief introductory session to familiarize you with RepStack policies and culture.
