Starting at RepStack as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), she quickly made an impact.In response, the Customer Success Coordinator role was created specifically for her; a role she describes as the “backbone of the CS department.” Handling behind-the-scenes operations, from filling out forms to managing schedules, Habiba thrived in this detail-oriented position. Her success soon led to a promotion as Customer Success Manager (CSM), where she took on greater responsibility, managing both clients and associates.

She embraced the fast-paced culture, balancing the needs of clients and associates with ease. This was a huge honor, as the client was impressed with her performance and wanted her to share her methods. After preparing a detailed presentation, Habiba led a successful session, which led the client to plan transitioning more of their team to RepStack. Another win occurred when a routine feedback call turned into a strategic planning session, where the client sought her input on expanding their team.
