Build Your Personal Brand – Be Unique!
When you’re looking to grow your personal brand, William advises that the first step is finding what makes YOU unique and then matching it with content.
Experiment with different content formats until you find what works best for you, then keep at it! By putting in the hard work and being consistent with your content strategy, you can watch your personal brand take off.
Sales Process – Disclaimer: Don’t Outsource At First!
William advises that for the first 100 clients, you should not outsource your sales to close deals. Even if you currently have the budget for only one salesperson, make the most of them!
They should be skilled to close deals when they call prospective leads. But always make sure to SOP the sales process.
William emphasizes the importance of Sales by considering it second to content generation when it comes to building your business.
Client Retention – Avoid Perceived Indifference
Your clients just don’t look for satisfactory results, they want growth. It should be noted that the number one reason for a client leaving is Perceived Indifference. Fortunately, there are a few simple steps you can take to avoid this fate.
First, make sure that you’re constantly communicating with your clients, updating them on your progress, and get their feedback.
Second, go above and beyond to deliver results, and show them that you’re always looking for ways to improve.
By following these simple tips, you can ensure that your clients will stick with you for the long haul.
